The System Status Service posts notifications on the System Status web page in the event of a CHX systems disruption. CHX Participant Services, Customer Service and Technical notifications are posted on their respective web pages.

Users may subscribe to receive email messages when a new notification is posted. To use the email notification service, you must provide a valid email address. Users may subscribe to one or more notification categories. An email will be sent to the address provided. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to activate your subscription. To change an existing set of subscription categories, please unsubscribe and then re-subscribe to the new set of categories.
